Fountainhead Capital (FC) provides private funding solutions to Consultants and Contractors based on their Accounts Receivable, including both long-term and short term needs such as funding for Disaster Recovery Relief awarded contracts.
Our program begins with a consult between FC and Client to assess the Client's needs. Post approval by the Client, FC would conduct a due diligence review to assess the contract needs. FC would then develop a customized financing plan that sustains a Client throughout the life of a contract based on the value of the work performed. While it is FC's goal to support the Client in achieving a quality project without diluting the Client's integrity and equity, it is FC's hope to accelerate the growth of their Client and support disaster-affected communities.
Fountainhead Capital (FC) offers support to Consultants and Contractors in mobilizing and supporting their contract work, from staffing of expert professionals to sourcing of equipment and materials. FC will evaluate the needs of their Client and provide competitive sourcing and financing solutions for both short-term and long-term resources that are not only inaccessible to the Client due to high expenditure, but arise due to specific project needs. FC's goal is to provide their Client the ability to be responsive and adaptable, key traits that lead to successfully managing disaster-relief effort.

Deepa possesses a unique, well-rounded combination of educational and professional expertise in the Building Industry. She has successfully worked on new and rehabilitated/renovated residential, commercial, and institutional architectural and landscape design projects in London, New York, and Mumbai. Concurrently, she was the Director of Marketing for over fifteen years for a well-established New York-based Architectural/Engineering and Construction Management firm and thereafter, held the position of Manager of Operations for five years. Deepa is currently the Manager of Operations for the Northeast for BES, Inc. an established Transportation Engineering firm with offices in Florida and Connecticut.
She is adept in design, new business development, project budgeting and management, strategic planning, and all facets of marketing including advertising, community/public outreach, digital marketing, client liaison work, estimating, presentation, and promotion. Her knowledge and understanding of both public and private sector clients’ standards and requirements in the New York Tri-State Area and New England states is extensive.
She holds degrees in both Architecture and Urban Planning from the University of London, Bartlett School of Architecture, and a dual MBA in Marketing and International Business (Summa Cum Laude), from Columbia University in the City of New York. Deepa is also working towards another degree in Columbia University's Construction Administration Program.
Sushil possesses over thirty (30) years of Real Estate experience, including twelve (12) years of hands-on development, marketing and investment experience within India at a mid-size private real estate development firm focused primarily on residential developments. He has also worked for three (3) years within the Banking sector in the United States on significant syndicated loan transactions for several large corporations, including real estate investment funds.
Over the years, Mr. Vaswani has been responsible for the acquisition, disposition, and development of core, core plus and value add real estate assets. His responsibilities included, but were not limited to, sourcing and identifying real estate investment opportunities and managing the real estate acquisition process, including due diligence, market and financial analysis, preparing investment memorandums for presentation to the Investment Committee, and the negotiating of purchase and sale contracts and escrow agreements.
Dilip is the co-founder and Chief Executive Officer of Phoenix Advisors, Ltd., an Abu Dhabi based firm focused on legal finance and litigation management, stressed credit and restructuring, and knowledge transfer. He is also Of Counsel to Meister, Seelig, & Fein LLP, a New York Law Firm, where he focuses on cross-border litigation, litigation funding, and special situations. Dilip has 25 years of international experience working with Institutional Investors, Multinational Corporations, Banks, and Family Offices in the United States, UK and Europe, the Middle East, and India.
He holds a Juris Doctor in Comparative Constitutional Law from New York Law School, and a Bachelor of Science in Economics from Boston University. He is a member of the New York State Bar Association, ABANA (formerly the Arab Bankers Association of North America), an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (CIArb), a Charter Member of TiE (The Indus Entrepreneurs), and a Founding Member of the Indian Association of Litigation Funders (IALF). Mr. Massand also serves on the Advisory Board of New York Law School’s Alternative Dispute Resolution Committee, and the Global Advisory Board of EFE – Education for Employment, a non-profit that has created over 160,000 jobs for Arab youth.
Salil Gokhale is a seasoned investment professional with a proven track record of returns and business development. Currently Head of MENA, Managing Director at Hildene Capital Management. He was a Senior Portfolio Manager, Managing Director at Hollis Park Partners, he has over 12 years of experience managing Agency mortgage backed securities and interest rate products.
Salil also trades relative value strategies in rates, in addition to, derivatives and the MSR (Mortgage Servicing Rights). Prior to Hollis Park Partners, Salil was Vice President at Pine River Capital Management in Minnesota where he co-managed a multi-billion dollar Agency mortgage backed securities portfolio. Salil holds a bachelor’s degree, summa cum laude, in electrical engineering from Case Western Reserve University and a Master's degree in electrical engineering from the University of Illinois at Urbana Champaign and an MBA from MIT Sloan School Of Management.
